Cannonball Run
Well, we've packed up every last possession of Amanda's in our 15' budget rental truck and are preparing to rocket across the nation to our Seattle destination. Aboard with us will be Carlos and Sister - caged for our safety. Nothing like transporting sedated cats across state-lines...and nothing like the 88% humidity here. gack!
I'll update the blog by my phone as we cross the good ol' US of A. Indiana, Illinois, Missouri, Nebraska, Wyoming, Utal, Idaho, Oregeon, Washington - in that order - are on our hit list. Stay tuned for the high lights -- we have no camera phones so you'll have to live with lame chatter. But at least you'll know we aren't dead in a ditch somewhere...
We will arrive in the Emerald City in time for the 4th o' July weekend. Perfect planning for a steady influx of traffic. Sweet! So after we unload and get things in place at the new apartment (with a view of Mt.Rainier!) Amanada will have about two weeks with me before I flight out to San Diego for Comic-con. Anyone need their Hulk #10 signed? I'm not really into comics but I'm releaved to hear it's really just about pop culture with a heavy geek flavor. That probably means video games and movies, doesn't it?
